Instead of waiting 5 days to get the filter from a foreign country, paying duty and more freight than the filter was worth, he went to his local filter company. They could not cross it. We found 20 different numbers for it and his local filter company had it on hand. The machine was running the next day. The dealer saved 4 days, lots of money and had a happy customer.
